The new date of the POLECO fair
The current situation in Poland affects all of us and is subject to the same pace of developments. In view of the epidemiological situation in the region and the restrictions in force from today, as a responsible organiser we have made a difficult decision about postponing the Poleco, Eco-Trends and GreenPower fairs to 13-15 October 2021.
We have invested a lot of work and energy in preparing this year's edition of the fair dedicated to climate protection, sustainable development and renewable energy. Despite the inconveniences caused by the pandemic, we did our best to ensure that the event would have the highest professional level and expert character. That is why we are simultaneously working on an attractive online event devoted to the issues of electromobility, sustainable development and environmental education, the full programme of which you will find on our website www.poleco.pl .
At the same time, we would like to assure you that we will strive to make Poleco, Eco-Trends and GreenPower even more attractive next year and, thanks to the participation of leading manufacturers, industry leaders and decision-makers, it will make a real contribution to the revival of the entire market.

At the same time, we would like to inform that in connection with the entry into force of the new provisions of the Act of 2 March 2020 (Journal of Laws of 2020, item 374, as amended) referred to as the “anti-crisis shield”, the deadline for reimbursement of funds paid by you has been extended to 180 days. Pursuant to Article 15(1) of the aforementioned Act, “An undertaking pursuing the activity related to the organisation of exhibitions and congresses or cultural, entertainment, recreational and sport activities or organising thematic exhibitions or open-air events, in the event of termination of a contract with a customer which is directly linked to the outbreak of the SARS-CoV-2 virus epidemic, is obliged to return the funds paid by the customer within 180 days from the date of effective termination of the contract.” We apologise for any inconvenience.
